-  The large number of poor families in the Old Town of Nablus which suffer fromhealth and economic statuses which inhibit them from eating the minimum limit of healthy food
-   The large number of orphans, widowers and people with disabilities
-   The lack of institutions that take care of those poor in a way that maintains their dignity and full rights especially when it comes to food
-   The large number of poor students that study in universities and high schools and need healthy meals
-   Providing pregnant women and their babies with the sufficient & continuous aids and healthy food
-   One of the most important aims of SCCS in the Old Town of Nablus is to provide help and support to the poor and needy families, and  SCCS has been given a written approval from the Ministry of Social Development to distribute meals to the poor
