·   Developing a strategic plan for SCCS to create regular and deliberated changes in the current and future variations.

·   Engaging local community in planning, needs assessment and their priorities; and attracting volunteers.

·   Establishing an electronic library in the Old Town of Nablus for the students of basic and secondary education levels.

·   Mabarret Al-Khair Charitable Kitchen that distributes more than (400) meals for the poor, children, women, patients and elders.

·   A production and packing unit for frozen vegetables to employ and train women who are the only supporters for their families.

·   Conducting meetings, workshops, brainstorming sessions and focus groups to spread awareness and promoting creative solutions for the local community problems.

·   Establishing the Cultural Center of Palestinian Narrative that displays the Palestinian narrative electronically by means of an audio and visual system.
